Contact Octogone at octogone.techs@gmail.com for questions about personal data processed through this website. The controller’s full legal identity remains to be completed in the legal notice.
Contact form data
The form uses your name, email, optional organisation, subject and message to prepare a WhatsApp conversation with +225 07 48 73 33 65. Name, email and message are required. Clicking “Send via WhatsApp” includes these details in the link opened to WhatsApp. You then confirm sending in WhatsApp. Avoid sensitive information.
Purpose
This information is used to read your enquiry, route it to the relevant team and reply. You can browse the website without submitting it. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to a newsletter.
Technical providers
The form prepares a message for WhatsApp; it no longer sends information to Formspree. The embedded calendar loads Cal.com to show availability and handle bookings. The intended host is GitHub Pages and fonts load from Google Fonts. These services receive technical connection information, including IP addresses, and may process data outside Côte d’Ivoire.
WhatsApp conversations
The WhatsApp button opens a conversation with our business number. No message is sent automatically: you choose whether to send it in WhatsApp. Messages and account information are then processed by WhatsApp under its own privacy policy.
Appointments
Cal.com displays Daniel Guedegbe’s calendar and collects information requested during booking, such as name, email and appointment questions. Availability and confirmations are handled by that service. Review its privacy policy for details.
Browser storage and cookies
The animation pause preference is stored in sessionStorage under octogone-motion for the browser session. No advertising or audience analytics tool is integrated in the current code. External technical services have their own policies.
Recipients and retention
Enquiries are intended for the people handling them and the technical providers needed to transmit them. Message and technical log retention periods are not defined in the website code. Specific retention periods, deletion rules and internal access arrangements remain to be formalised by the publisher before final publication.
Your rights
Subject to Côte d’Ivoire Law No. 2013-450 of 19 June 2013, you may request access, correction, object to certain processing or request deletion where the legal conditions apply. Send requests to octogone.techs@gmail.com with information needed to locate your enquiry. Proportionate identity verification may be required.
Complaints and further information
You can contact Côte d’Ivoire’s personal data protection authority. Links to the authority and provider policies appear below. This page will be updated if tools or processing change.
